Derived from d3-celestial (https://github.com/ofrohn/d3-celestial, commit
55020fbba7ad3b8b7bb8b2eb42d74eff1fb2d4fb), data/stars.6.json and data/constellations.lines.json, which
derive from the XHIP / Hipparcos catalogue. Changes: stars to magnitude
4.5 north of the celestial equator, constellation lines with a vertex
north of -5 deg, positions precessed from J2000 to J2026.5
(astronomy-engine), quantised into a binary format (lib/sky/catalog.ts).
